Fast, friendly service. Delicious food. The server was extremely knowledgeable about what items were or were not vegan on the menu, and made some excellent suggestions when I was torn between 2 dishes to order. The pumpkin curry was delicious. — Joe S.

A popular Burmese rhyme sums up the traditional favorites:
"A thee ma, thayet; a thar ma, wet; a ywet ma, lahpet" (အသီးမှာသရက်၊ အသားမှာဝက်၊ အရွက်မှာလက်ဖက်။).
Meaning: "Of all the fruit, the mango's the best; of all the meat, the pork's the best; and of all the leaves, lahpet's the best".
Lightly prepared dishes with strong aromatic components and a spicy edge.
Our Thai chef believe that Thai food is as much as an artwork as it is a experience. No effort is spared on every attention to detail in the texture, color, taste, and smell. We believe in a holistic approach in the use of ingredients with medicinal benefits, as well as exceptional flavor.
David Thompson, an Australian chef, and expert on Thai food, observes that unlike many other cuisines, Thai cooking rejects simplicity and is about "the juggling of disparate elements to create a harmonious finish".
Our Sushi chef makes traditional sushi with medium-grain white rice, accompanying a variety of fresh never frozen seafood, vegetables, and tropical fruits.
